Base fee:

Exhibitor - 1 space – $300.00
Includes one 8' x 10' exhibit space with one 8' table and two chairs.
Exhibitor - 2 Spaces – $600.00
Includes two 8' x 10' exhibit space with two 8' table and four chairs.
Exhibitor - 3 Spaces – $900.00
Includes three 8' x 10' exhibit space with three 8' table and six chairs.
Exhibitor - 4 spaces – $1,200.00
Includes four 8' x 10' exhibit space with four 8' table and eight chairs.
Exhibitor - AATSP/AATF/AATG/CLAM/JTAM
This registration option is for our AAT partner organizations and includes one exhibit space with one 8' table per our partnership agreements. Additional tables and electrical are at an additional cost.
Exhibitor - University Registration to MIWLA Reception – $300.00
University Departments that sponsor the annual MIWLA University Reception receive a table at the reception to display materials and interact with attendees. Two complimentary conference registrations for university representatives are included. A complimentary table in the exhibit hall will be provided, if requested prior to September 1, 2023.

EXHIBIT AREA: The exhibits will be set up in Banquet Rooms 1-4 in the Lansing Center. We plan to have the exhibit hall open for attendees

on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM and Friday, October 20, 2023 from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. This should allow attendees extensive time in the exhibit area. As always, we are sensitive to your needs for good traffic, and we have done everything reasonably in our power to prepare a schedule that will provide exhibitors with high visibility.

All exhibitor registrations will be done online. The online registration process is done via a secure server. Registration closes on September 1, 2023.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and check payments. If paying by check, once you have registered you will print a copy of your invoice and mail it with your check (made payable to the Michigan World Language Association) to:
